During these challenging times, taking care of wellbeing is essential and we encourage you as a family to engage with our Flourish activities at home. In addition to the established programme, we have introduced Daily Flourish and our Wellbeing Wednesday initiative provide an opportunity for the school community, pupils, parents and staff to participate in wellbeing activities and to share experiences.
1st Half Term: Be Active 2nd Half Term: Eat Well For the first half of term pupils will be talking about how being active can contribute to their wellbeing during tutor time. After half term, we will move on to explore how eating well contributes to good mental and physical health.

Each month we will share the new Action for Happiness calendar giving ideas for daily actions to support wellbeing. These optional activities are designed to maintain wellbeing both at home and in school.
We would be delighted to hear about or see pictures of your family’s acts of kindness, caring and community. Please share them using our social media platforms, by uploading them onto The Source picture gallery or by emailing your child’s form tutor.
