Lockdown and Self-Care for Parents Wednesday 13th January
The past months have been challenging to say the least and now, more than ever, taking care of wellbeing should be a priority. Juggling family life, working from home, and home-schooling is challenging, and during this new phase of lockdown it is becoming even more important for parents to make time for self-care and physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Taking care of ourselves enables us to best take care of others. This workshop is an opportunity for you to connect with other parents, share your thoughts and experiences, and to explore tips and techniques to assist with current challenges such as: ● Home-schooling ● Working from home ● Childcare ● Social interaction ● Screen time ● Making time for you I look forward to welcoming you to this solution-focussed coaching session designed to empower and support your wellbeing.
