By Mrs Katy Miller, Head of Houses
As Easter approaches I thought it fitting to harness our creativity prior to filling our tummies full of chocolatey goodness. I for one LOVE seeing the beautifully decorated eggs that adorn the supermarket shelves, both chocolate and otherwise.
So I bring to you our first ever Easter Egg Grove House competition. The rules are slightly different than usual with a wider scope for creativity and without the need for a direct link to your House values.
The details: Please decorate an egg Your 3D egg can be: Hard boiled Drained Plastic Paper Cardboard Porcelain Polystyrene Your egg can be any theme you desire and you may want to bring a whole egg box full of eggs should you desire!
The eggs will need to be brought to school on Thursday 24th March. They will be taken to the library during form time. Time will be given on Friday for all Prep school children to view the egg-tastic creations and vote for their favourite!
The winner will be rewarded not just with bundles of house points for their House but also an extra special surprise! House points tokens will also be rewarded to 5 runners up.
So what are you waiting for, get ready for an eggstravaganza!!
