I am delighted that some sports fixtures will resume this week and it is important to let you know that we have begun planning our internal roadmap for the easing of restrictions during the rest of this term. Whilst we must continue to adhere to the official guidance released at the next two key transition points of 17th May and 21st June, I am confident that we will be able to welcome you back on site to enjoy outdoor summer events such as Sports Day.
As you will see from the calendar, our Speech Day celebrations have been modified this year so as to ensure we have the best possible chance of a live audience whilst being aware of the need to continue to be cautious. The weekly Information Letter you receive on Fridays will contain updated details of forthcoming events, along with any modifications thereto, so please ensure to check this important document.
I am delighted to be able to invite you to join me for coffee on the lawn from 17th May. Year group dates will be published in this week’s Information Letter, along with details of how to book your place. Numbers will be restricted in line with Government guidance on outdoor gatherings and so we ask that, at this stage, only one parent from each family attends in order to allow as many families to participate as possible.
