Chris has published his second children’s book, “It’s A Stray Dog’s Life 2”, under the pseudonym Maximilian Sam.In this sequel, we bump into some of our old friends, whilst being introduced to more of the community of strays. We follow Mumsy as she tries to control her two puppies, Pitch and Putt, despite the best efforts of Snowy to lead them astray. Jasper discovers his ‘forever’ family and explores his new home in a big city. Finally, Toby tries to solve complex crimes with various levels of success.
Chris says. “I thought I’d be lucky if I managed to sell one copy of ‘It’s A Stray Dog’s Life’ to my family. I never expected the positive reaction it received. There’s even a school in Dallas using the book to help children with their reading and language skills. I already had this new book written, but realised it needed to be published sooner rather than later when a friend’s daughter only gave the first book a 9 out of 10, as there wasn’t a sequel! It’s amazing what an author will do for an extra point.
